Week 33: Pesto Pasta

After a few complicated recipes, I went back to a simpler recipe this week. Pesto Pasta. I like both of those ingredients, so what could go wrong?

Here is the recipe I used.

Because I am lazy and didn’t want to make my own pesto, I used 3/4 cup of store-bought pesto. I also added shrimp to the recipe, which complimented the pesto nicely. The recipe was really simple and easy to follow. I liked that the final dish was put together in one pan (but I would recommend a very large skillet, I learned this the hard way because I didn’t read the recipe through before starting).

As I said, pesto and pasta, what could go wrong? It was simple and delicious! I’ll definitely be making this again.
